Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to all use of WebikAI Inference. You may not use the service, directly or through applications you build on it, to:

• Violate any applicable law, or infringe others' intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• Develop, distribute, or operate malware; conduct unauthorized penetration, exfiltration, or denial-of-service activity.
• Generate or distribute child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that incites violence or harassment against individuals or groups.
• Produce fraudulent, deceptive, or impersonating content, including phishing and scaled disinformation.
• Make consequential automated decisions about individuals (employment, credit, housing, medical, legal) without qualified human review.
• Probe, bypass, or interfere with the service's metering, rate limits, safety measures, or other customers' use.
• Resell raw access to the API while misrepresenting it as your own infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations — with notice where practicable — and will report to authorities where the law requires. Report suspected abuse to [email protected].
