What we collect

• Account data. Email address, authentication data, and beta application details you submit.
• Billing data. Wallet balance, top-up and usage history. Payment cards are processed by Stripe; we never see the card number.
• Request metadata. Timestamps, token counts, model release ID, price version, status codes, and request IDs — the accounting a metered API needs.

What we do not store

No prompt or response body storage by default. Request and response content passes through to the inference engine and is not persisted by WebikAI. Logs are metadata only. If an opt-in feature ever requires storing content, it will be explicit, documented, and off by default.

How we use data

To operate, meter, and bill the service; to prevent abuse and enforce the AUP; to communicate about your account, releases, and deprecations. We do not sell personal data and do not use your API traffic to train models.

Retention

Account and billing records are kept while the account is active and as required for tax and accounting. Request metadata is retained for metering, dispute, and abuse-prevention windows, then deleted or aggregated.

Processors

We share data with the vendors on the subprocessors list only as needed to run the service.
